Christa Werle has served public libraries in a range of public service, technical, communications, and supervisory positions during her 20-year career as a librarian.  In her current role as Public Services Project Manager, Christa brings idea management, project management, change management and outcomes-based evaluation to programs and services offered to residents of Snohomish and Island Counties through 22 community libraries, online & outreach services.  As a mother of 8 and 10-year-old girls, she learns how to accept and facilitate change from everyday life.

Jeff Wisniewski received his MLS from the University of Pittsburgh School of Information Sciences. He is the Web Services & Communications Librarian for the University Library System at the University of Pittsburgh, where he maintains the Library System’s public website, staff intranet, coordinates technical support for Pitt’s University-wide ETD program, project manages new technology initiatives, and coordinates all internal and external communication efforts. . He has served as a Visiting Lecturer in the School of Information Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh, has published in such journals as IRSQ, Online Searcher, and Computers in Libraries.  He has taught numerous technology workshops, and is a frequent presenter at web and Internet conferences.

Cathy Wolford is the systems librarian for the Detroit Area Library Network (DALNET) consortium. She provides customer service, support and training of the various ILS modules. Prior to her employment at DALNET, she was the Manager of Library Technical Services at the Benson Ford Research Center, a museum library and archive. Currently she is on the Michigan Library Association Board of Directors, a member of ALA and SLA, and a graduate of the Wayne State University School of Library and Information Science.
